Day 1Arrival at Entebbe Airport Transfer to Your hotel

Our guide will be waiting to greet you upon your arrival at Entebbe Airport. You’ll be picked up and taken to your hotel near the airport, where you’ll spend the night to rest before your long journey. depending on your arrival time, Overnight at Kabira Country Club, with bed and breakfast included.

Day 2Drive from Kampala to Bwindi National park

Begin your journey to Bwindi early in the morning, as the drive typically takes about 8 hours or more from Kampala. Along the way, take a break at the Uganda Equator for a chance to stretch your legs and witness the Uganda Equator water experiment. You’ll also have the opportunity to shop for souvenirs. Afterward, continue your journey, stopping for lunch en route. As you travel, you’ll pass through the scenic landscapes often referred to as the Switzerland of Africa, with roads winding through hills and valleys, and distant views of volcanoes. Arrive in Bwindi late afternoon and check in to your accommodation. If time allows, consider joining a guided nature walk in the dense forest, teeming with birds, butterflies, and monkeys. Alternatively, take a short stroll around the lodge grounds indulge in a delightful dinner and spend the Overnight at Engagi Lodge.

Day 3Gorilla Trackking

After savoring your breakfast, prepare to depart from your lodge, equipped with a packed lunch, as you make your way to the park headquarters at 7 am for a comprehensive briefing before commencing your gorilla tracking adventure in the misty depths of Bwindi forest. The tracking experience is unpredictable, largely influenced by the movements of the gorilla groups. Trekkers are granted the privilege of spending one hour in the presence of these gentle giants, observing their playful antics, feeding habits, and capturing memorable photographs. Following your encounter, return to the lodge to unwind and take advantage of its facilities until dinner time, indulging in relaxation before retiring for the Overnight at Engagi Lodge.

Day 4Drive from Bwindi to Queen Elizabeth National Park

as you check out. Embark on a scenic drive with an en-route game drive, immersing yourself in the beauty of the surrounding landscape. Upon completion, continue your journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park, where you’ll arrive in time for a short game drive within the park’s confines. Choose from a selection of lodges, each offering a unique perspective and ambiance, allowing you to bask in the sights and sounds of the park, including the gentle flow of water and the harmonious melodies of forest birds. Delight in a satisfying dinner and spend the Overnight at ENJOJO LODGE.

Day 5Game drive Kazinga Boat Ride Queen Elizabeth National Park

Begin the day with early coffees before embarking on an early morning safari to witness the cats in action. Our destination is the mating ground of the Uganda Kobs, where we’ll search for lions and leopards on the prowl for their next meal. Along the way, observe elephants, buffaloes, and other wildlife in their natural habitat, as well as numerous unique and captivating bird species. Upon returning, enjoy a late breakfast or relax around the lodge until lunchtime. The lodge offers stunning views of the park and ample opportunities for birdwatching. In the afternoon, we’ll embark on a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, a natural waterway connecting Lake Edward and Lake George. Prepare to be amazed by the abundant birdlife and sightings of elephants, buffaloes, and hundreds of hippos cooling off at the shores. This cruise promises to be one of the highlights of your safari. Return early in the evening for dinner and spend the Overnight at ENJOJO LODGE.

Day 6Drive from Queen Elizabeth To Kampala Entebbe Airport

Start your day with an early breakfast and prepare to check out, ensuring you have packed lunches ready as we journey back to Kampala. However, before leaving, you’ll have the opportunity to bid farewell to this beautiful park in a couple of ways. In the late morning, we’ll depart for Kampala with packed lunches, traveling via Fort Portal with a lunch stop along the way. Arrive in Kampala by early afternoon for drop-off at the airport.
