VERY PROFESSIONAL

First they are very professional,we knew about KETS through tripadvisor , we were planing 4 days safari we talked to many agencies we got many offers KEtS was the best (best lodges with the best price) Paul was really helpful he replied fast to all our concerns.

First we have transferred 40% of the safari cost and we have paid the rest upon arrival by credit card with an extra 3% since we are paying by card (Paul already mentioned this extra fees).

Felix the driver was really nice he answered all our questions,we were the first to find all the animals.
